As winners of the Best Of Wine Tourism Bordeaux 2027, we welcome you for a visit or a tasting in Léognan, 15 km south of Bordeaux, to discover our white and red wines from the Pessac-Léognan appellation.
The Boutemy family has passed down its passion for the vine and for wine across four generations. That is what we love to share with you, taking the time to welcome you to our family estate, around our white and red wines, appreciated for their fruit, elegance, and balance.
These wines are born of 8.43 hectares of vines in Léognan, in Pessac-Léognan, on a gravel terroir that we farm with Terra Vitis and HVE level 3 certified viticulture.
TOURS & TASTINGS
An estate is lived as much as it is tasted. We take you from a tasting in the cellars to an immersion in the vineyard, from workshop to game, to experience the vine and wine in all their forms.
The guided tasting is free, Monday to Saturday. To go further, we offer the Discovery Tour, the Gourmet Tour, the Blending Workshop, the Winegrower Experience, and the Escape Game - Wine'scape.

Our wines express the gravel terroir of Pessac-Léognan. The white, all freshness, reveals aromas of white fruits and a finish of honey and linden. The reds, elegant, win you over with their silky texture and their fruit. This balance is regularly praised by critics, notably a 92/100 score for Château Haut-Lagrange red 2022 from James Suckling and 1 star in the Guide Hachette des Vins for Château Haut-Lagrange red 2023.
Beyond the awards, the wines of Haut-Lagrange are made to be shared. Every cuvée has its moment, from a barbecue with friends to the table of grand occasions.

Château Haut-Lagrange welcomes you in Léognan, 15 km south of Bordeaux, Monday to Saturday. The guided tasting is free, and the Discovery Visit is open with or without an appointment. Booking is required for our other visits and workshops.
