Visite Gourmande Château Haut-Lagrange

Share our passion and expertise through tours, tastings, and wine workshops in a friendly atmosphere.

Each visit offers a chance to discover the work in the vineyard and winery, tour our vat room and barrel cellar, taste a selection of vintages, and experience a welcoming, eco-friendly family estate.

Each vintage reflects the authentic expression of our terroir.

Discover the perfect balance of fruitiness, finesse, and complexity in each of our white and red wines from Pessac-Léognan.

Our white wines are characterized by great finesse, a subtle balance, and a beautiful harmony of white fruits. The finish, with notes of honey and linden, offers a lovely freshness.

Our red wines have a silky attack, elegant finesse, and perfect harmony. The fruit, well-balanced, expresses the unique character of the Haut-Lagrange terroir.

The Boutemy family's passion for vines and wine has been passed down through four generations.

Château Haut-Lagrange was founded in 1989 in Léognan by Francis and Catherine Boutemy. One of their four children, Ghislain, now manages the estate, particularly vineyard management and winemaking. The entire family is involved in the life of the estate, directly or indirectly.

Alongside them, a team of four devotes their time daily to producing fruity and elegant wines, as well as welcoming visitors and sharing with them the passion that drives the estate.

"We make wine with passion,
and above all, for the pleasure of sharing it."
