Created by Francis Boutemy, the Bout'Mobile is a hand-harvesting machine, unique in the world. It allows to harvest a grape of quality, sorted directly in the vineyard. It also ensures the comfort and the safety of the harvesters and operators.

We regularly adapt our machines and work tools thanks to the ingenuity of the whole team to improve the quality of our actions and the comfort of each one.
In the cellar, we use state-of-the-art machines that allow the grapes and wine to be handled gently, to limit oxidation and guarantee a product of excellence.
Château Haut-Lagrange is Terra Vitis certified. The specifications of this label require the utmost transparency towards consumers. The goal is to guarantee a quality product.
This implies in particular reductions of sulphites in our wines, a practice put in place for several years in Haut-Lagrange. Traceability and the justification of interventions on wine are part of our daily approach.
