What you will discover
We reserve the barrel cellar and a dedicated guide for your group. We share with you our values, our expertise, and our work as artisan winemakers: the vine, the history of the estate and the appellation, viticultural practices, and winemaking techniques.
We adapt to your knowledge, your questions, your curiosity. Each private Gourmet Tour is different, because each group is different.
The visit wraps up with the discovery of the aromatic range of our wines: our dry, fruity and elegant white wine, then several vintages of red wine with a silky attack and a harmony carried by the fruit.
When Wine Meets Local Flavors
A tasting takes on a whole new dimension with a beautiful gourmet board. AOP cheeses, charcuterie and sweet treats invite you to discover how flavors complement each other and bring out the aromas of each vintage. A simple, delicious way to experience food and wine pairing firsthand.
We work with local producers we have hand-picked for the quality of their products. A board that tells the story of our terroir.
Practical Information
Château Haut-Lagrange is located in Léognan, 15 km south of Bordeaux, easily accessible by car and by bike. Free semi-shaded afternoon parking is available on site.
The Private Gourmet Tour is available Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays upon request. Please send your request at least 48 hours in advance. Our team will get back to you within one business day.
The visit is on foot and wheelchair and stroller accessible. An indoor play area is available for children under parental supervision, and a fruit juice is offered to young guests during the tasting.
Tasting is reserved for guests aged 18 and over.
We accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. Please let us know if you have any allergies or restrictions when booking.
Cancellation policy: cancellation or rescheduling possible up to 24 hours before the visit. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter experience.
